Everybody knows that all over the country the amount of jobs is decreasing and the unemployment rate is increasing.  Well, this isn’t the case so much in Dallas, especially with Dallas jobs in the tech sector.

Dallas is one of the few cities in America that’s economy has seemed to get better.  This is because there is such a high demand for people who have experience as technical staffers. Every company needs people who are experienced with computer repair, computer systems engineering, or even database management.  Well, the Dallas area is the best place to be right now for these types of jobs. But one of the hardest parts of finding a job these days is not finding a job that is available, it is  making yourself stand out among the other people who want that job.

You should be the most worried about your network of contacts and how it can grow.  When a company sees that you want to work there, they want to know if you know anyone that works there. This is extremely important.  Also, if you have hired a recruiter, their network is just as important as yours. But, you may ask, why is my contact list so important?
